Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label via email.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully pack your unused beauty products in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
